Star Wars Episode IV, A New Hope was the first really BIG movie I ever saw.  I mean REALLY BIG!  For a 9 year old, it was life changing.  Over the years, I've had the figures, the ships, the comics, you name it.  Unfortunately, I sold my SW collection a couple years before the Prequel Trilogy came out.  But in addition to Star Wars,  I've always loved other Sci-Fi/Fantasy movies and television as well - whether it was Star Trek, The Terminator Series, Alien, Predator, X-Files, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and so on.  Right before Star Wars Episode II, Attack of the Clones premiered, I went online to find a local group that liked to wear Star Wars costumes so I could attend a premier in my "Indy Gear" along with Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Jedi, etc.  I now know lots of people in town as obsessed with Star Wars and Sci-Fi as I am.

I've also got back into costuming and props, and not just for Halloween as I've finally joined the Rebel Legion, the 501st Legion, and the Replica Props Forum.
